There’s no easy way I know of but having had to do that with a PDF report of lots of data (12 Pages), I had to select all tabular data on each page, copy it and paste into a text file. I then removed all commas before doing a find and replace on spaces and replacing them with commas. Finally I saved the file as a csv file and imported it into my spreadsheet. Even after all of that I spent a fair amount time aligning the data into proper columns. The previous assumes that PDF is text-based. If it’s image-based you need to OCR it first before doing what wrote. Then is it essential to carefully proofread everything to make sure the OCR didn’t screw up some numbers.

I also did some testing. After making a copy of the document into a different machine, so I had 2 copies I took the data for a PDF in each machine and checked the OCR. Only one OCR machine has a problem with the second page of data. The error reads: Cannot read data for column 3 in column 4 I didn’t notice the error until later on when I was copying the data from the other machine into 3 new PDFs and using them to print them. When I was putting the printer on the table I noticed I had some paper left. When I checked the data in these PDFs (I haven’t printed them yet) I didn’t notice any problems. With paper on both sides of the table they should print correctly. If you are having problems you might try this. You need to load a printer profile.
